Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description

• Assist sales by generating accurate and prompt quotations that support revenue increase.
• Ensure the customer service team handles customer inquiries and complaints correctly and within set timelines, maintaining a strong customer-centric attitude.
• Develop and sustain productive collaborations with international agents across various regions to foster business growth.
• Guide the customer service team in efficient quote preparation, precise cost evaluations, and maintaining consistent service quality.
• Manage RFQs and tender submissions ensuring pricing accuracy, thorough documentation, and timely delivery in compliance with requirements.
• Build and enhance partnerships with service providers while scouting for superior agents and suppliers to guarantee excellent service and competitive pricing.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role.
• A graduate degree in any management-related field.
• Strong negotiation, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent proficiency in English communication.
• Skilled in MS Office applications and quick to adapt to new software.
