About the Role
We are looking for a personable and proactive Customer Service Representative who enjoys engaging with customers and resolving their concerns effectively. The key goal is to turn customers into enthusiastic advocates for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers through telephone, email, and chat platforms.
- Provide well-informed responses about products, pricing details, and availability.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requirements.
- Accurately input data into various designated systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess between one to three years of relevant customer service experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional telephone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while organizing and prioritizing workload effectively.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French or Spanish language is considered an advantage.
