About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work fully remotely, serving as the foremost point of contact for our clients. This long-term role offers a competitive pay rate of $6.00 per hour. The position requires working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a focus on delivering fast, courteous, and effective customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer requests via email, live chat, and phone professionally and promptly.
Diagnose and resolve service or product concerns by clarifying complaints and identifying optimal solutions.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our helpdesk system.
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Meet or surpass daily performance standards concerning response times and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Between 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, call center roles, or as a virtual assistant.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent suitable for voice calls.
Familiarity with common helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom is highly favored.
Reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 20 Mbps, plus backup power/internet solutions.
A quiet and distraction-free home workspace equipped with a noise-canceling headset.
Availability to work full-time during specified hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
