About the Role
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Executives to join our NYKAA process team located in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This opportunity welcomes freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience, providing a platform to deliver exceptional customer support while enhancing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support specific to the NYKAA process, handling inbound queries effectively.
- Engage with customers using excellent verbal communication to ensure queries and issues are resolved promptly.
- Follow the established processes and guidelines to maintain service quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum qualification: HSC Pass (Higher Secondary Certificate).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred experience range: 6 months to 1 year in customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills meeting V5 standards.
Work Schedule
- Shifts run from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, totaling 9 hours per shift.
- One rotational weekly off.
Compensation
- For freshers under NAPS, the in-hand salary is ₹21,234 per month.
