Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring customers receive the correct products and assistance every time they visit the store.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in transactions and customer interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive shopping experience.
• Problem-solve proactively under pressure while upholding high customer service standards.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent numerical skills and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Physically capable of lifting products without restrictions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and remain composed in busy situations.
• Must be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or hold a valid open work visa.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for 16 to 20 hours weekly, specifically on Fridays and Saturdays. Additional shifts and occasional cover roles may be available for interested applicants.
