Role Overview
Teleperformance Global Business Private Limited is looking for a Customer Service Associate for its chat process in Malad West, Mumbai. The position involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and supporting communication across chat, email, and phone channels.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer questions and work toward practical resolutions through chat, email, or phone.
- Spot possible fraud-related cases and route them to the right team for deeper review.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective customer assistance.
- Work with internal departments to close complex disputes and improve customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience of 1 to 12 years in a BPO, call centre, or similar environment.
- Strong communication skills for handling customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Ability to recognize suspicious or fraudulent activity and take appropriate preventive action.
Eligibility
This role is open to any graduate.
