Overview

Join a fast-paced team in Eagle Farm as one of five Customer Records Administrators on a short-term contract. This role requires exceptional administrative skills and precision to support seamless business operations within our Pacific region, managing and updating high volumes of customer data and contract variations.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input commercial contracts for Australia & New Zealand markets.
Efficiently process contract variations and customer record updates.
Achieve daily performance targets related to data handling and SLA turnaround times.
Ensure data integrity in accordance with internal guidelines and protocols.
Work collaboratively within a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in data entry, contract administration, or managing extensive records.
Exceptional attention to detail coupled with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Technologically proficient, particularly with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft software.
Self-driven with a positive outlook, excellent organizational and communication skills.
Available for full-time onsite work starting Monday, 3rd August, with willingness to engage in potential weekday and Saturday overtime.

Compensation and Work Details

Hourly wage of $42.49 plus superannuation.
Monday to Friday schedule with rostered hours between 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm.
Start date: Monday, 3rd August with cohort-based onboarding alongside four other hires.
Opportunities for additional overtime work and advancement for high performers.

Additional Information

This position is a short-term contract with options for overtime. Immediate start is required to join the group intake.
