Role Overview

As a Customer Data Management Specialist, you will oversee the onboarding, validation, integration, and upkeep of customer data across various enterprise platforms. You will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity and governance, resolving data-related issues, generating reports, enhancing processes, and ensuring timely task completions through the use of standard operating procedures and automation tools.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a graduate with 1 to 5 years of experience in customer data management or enterprise data operations. Proficiency in Excel, data governance principles, SaaS or data platform tools, ticketing systems, data analytics, and effective communication with stakeholders is essential.
