Role overview and responsibilities

Ensure outstanding customer support throughout the patient journey.
Handle incoming communications from patients via calls, emails, live chat, and task management.
Manage treatment-related issues promptly and effectively.
Coordinate communication between orthodontists, partnering clinics, and patients.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with patients during their onboarding.
Incorporate feedback to continually optimize customer communication processes.

Candidate requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear structure.
Dedicated to resolving customer issues thoroughly.
Proactive problem-solving mindset.
Enthusiasm for utilizing modern communication technologies.

Preferred qualifications

Experience working with dental or medical professionals, or in health and beauty sectors.
Arabic language fluency.
