Customer Advocate (Inbound Sales)

About the Role

TalentPop App is looking to hire Customer Advocates specializing in Inbound Sales to work completely remotely. This role focuses on delivering empathetic customer support while also driving sales for our e-commerce partners. Core Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through chat, email, and phone to offer product recommendations and curated bundles.
• Boost sales by utilizing deep brand knowledge and product expertise.
• Manage return requests and shipment tracking inquiries, continuously seeking ways to retain sales during these interactions.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and high service standards throughout every customer interaction.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience providing remote customer support with a focus on sales and upselling techniques.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload.
• Computer equipped with Intel i5 processor or higher.
• Strong interpersonal skills including empathy, patience, and persuasive communication.
