Role Overview & Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute focused, effective email marketing campaigns.
Craft engaging and brand-aligned copy in English, with Arabic skills considered advantageous, for various communication channels such as newsletters, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for designing and dispatching newsletters, ensuring meticulous attention to detail for accuracy and quality.
Monitor and analyze CRM campaign metrics to derive actionable insights enhancing future engagement strategies.
Integrate omnichannel experiences by coordinating with retail teams and visiting stores to foster seamless collaboration.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related fields.
