CRM Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CRM Operations Specialist for a contract position, working remotely. The role involves evaluating and enhancing CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and others. The specialist will also engage in documenting sales operations, analyzing CRM data to support AI training, and contributing to training materials and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide recommendations on CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic using major platforms including Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Document existing sales operations practices while identifying challenges and areas for process enhancement.
• Offer practical examples and feedback reflecting best practices in CRM and sales enablement activities.
• Review and annotate CRM data and user interactions to assist AI training initiatives.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and their alignment with actual sales operations.
• Collaborate in creating and reviewing documentation, training content, and process guides related to CRM tools.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven strong background in CRM and sales operations, particularly with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with additional platforms such as Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or Funnel is highly advantageous.
• Experience optimizing sales processes, implementing automation, and maintaining CRM data integrity.
• Excellent analytical skills and capability to map complex business processes meticulously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to produce clear documentation and constructive feedback.
• Experience in providing feedback or training related to process improvement or software implementation is beneficial.

Compensation & Commitment

This position offers a pay range of $40 to $80 per hour, with a workload commitment between 10 to 40 hours per week. The job is fully remote with contract terms.
