Role Overview
The Crew Member Pavements position involves operating light trucks and various equipment within a team to perform general labor tasks focused on road and related asset maintenance. Responsibilities extend across activities such as bitumen application, concrete work, lawn upkeep, and drainage systems. Additional duties include traffic management, concreting tasks involving formwork, steel installation, finishing, and pipe laying.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a valid Class C Driver's Licence.
- Holding an up-to-date RMS Traffic Controller Certificate (Blue Card).
- Possession of a current Construction General Induction card (WorkSafe or an equivalent certification).
Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is up to $66,000 annually, with potential advancement to a top salary of $76,500 following skill validation and performance review. The remuneration package includes 12% superannuation and additional allowance for Level 1 Adverse Working Conditions.

- This is a permanent full-time role based at the Charmhaven Depot.
