Role Overview

This opportunity is offered on a casual contract basis, with a gross hourly pay of 5.62. The role demands confident communication skills suited to a fast-paced, guest-service-oriented environment. As part of the team, the successful candidate will contribute to creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home.

Primary Duties

• Assist guests to ensure they have a positive experience during their stay
• Handle hotel room inventory management and guest check-in/check-out adhering to the Moxy brand standards
• Operate Food & Beverage services in line with Moxy's unique approach
• Accurately manage billing and payment transactions
• Prepare food items, maintain cleanliness and organization, restock supplies, handle deliveries, and manage back-of-house areas
• Adhere to all applicable food safety, licensing, and health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace
• Collaborate with fellow Crew Members and take guidance from Crew Leaders
• Actively promote and uphold the Moxy brand values and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

Beneficial Experience

• Previous work experience in the service sector
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Understanding of Food Safety and Licensing regulations
