Crew Member - Lunch Shift

Role Overview

What the Job Involves

The role centers on teamwork, customer service, food preparation, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly during service.

Key Duties and Expectations

• Support teammates and customers with a helpful, upbeat attitude.
• Be open to learning and contributing to a positive team environment.
• Take initiative to correct issues when something is not right.
• Stay on your feet and remain active for most, if not all, of the shift.
• Operate common restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
• Follow brand rules and food-safety standards while preparing food, serving guests, and maintaining a clean restaurant.

Pay

The hourly pay rate for this role is between $15.16 and $17.81.
