Position Overview

We are hiring a Credit Analyst for a hybrid role requiring four days in-office and one day remote weekly. This position marries financial analysis with customer engagement, suitable for individuals proficient in analytical decision-making and client communication.

Key Duties

• Evaluate financial statements and credit profiles to gauge risk and eligibility for small business funding.
• Engage directly with business owners to collect vital information and support them through the funding journey.
• Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to design financing solutions conforming to company policies and risk parameters.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Proficient analytical skills to interpret financial information and identify risk factors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with business owners and internal departments.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-moving work environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Previous experience involving financial analysis, problem solving, or client-facing roles is favorable.
