Job Summary

As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will manage and develop the careers of creators, helping them expand their audience and monetize their content. Utilizing our proprietary software and your expertise, you will negotiate agreements with brands and record labels as well as devise content strategies for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand influencer portfolios, increasing their platform presence and securing brand partnerships.
• Identify and recruit new talent, focusing on both emerging and established creators.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies to book influencers for campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop overall strategies and grow Grail’s talent base.
• Operate autonomously in a flexible, fast-paced, and remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Superior communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Capability to work independently and manage own priorities.
• Preferred: Experience in talent management, working with social media influencers, or background in sales or marketing agencies.
