Position Summary

FedEx Australia is inviting applications for a Courier position based in Redbank, Queensland. This permanent full-time role involves delivering and collecting freight efficiently within scheduled hours, while upholding the company’s commitment to professionalism and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload freight following established company procedures.
• Ensure deliveries and pickups are performed accurately and punctually.
• Maintain a professional image representing FedEx and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, operational protocols, and vehicle requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold unrestricted Australian work rights.
• Possession of a valid MR (Medium Rigid) driving license.
• Clean driving record with no more than six demerit points in the last three years.
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks including drug and alcohol screening, a driving performance assessment, criminal background verification, and a functional capability evaluation.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and compliance with procedural standards.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional conduct.
• No prior courier or freight delivery experience required.

Working Conditions

The working hours are approximately from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
