Role Summary

The Courier Rider plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate transport of specimens, laboratory supplies, and delivery of reports while maintaining the chain of custody.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous service while managing the secure and timely transport of specimens, supplies, and laboratory reports.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Singapore roads and street layouts to ensure efficient routing.
• Demonstrate a diligent and positive attitude towards work.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid motorcycle driving license with personal ownership of a motorcycle.
• At least one year of experience in collection and delivery services preferred; fresh candidates are also considered.
• Completed 'O' Level education or its equivalent.
• Proficient in English and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Experience working with hospital laboratories is advantageous.
