Role Overview
This opportunity is designed for professionals with corporate exposure and a solid grasp of corporate environment dynamics. The main focus is to train students pursuing BBA and BCA degrees, enhancing their interview skills and soft skill development to increase employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Training and Placement Cell as its Head, overseeing all related activities.
- Equip students with necessary skills to excel in interviews and workplace communication.
- Coordinate and organize training sessions, meetings, and interviews effectively.
- Maintain knowledge and contacts of job consultancies and placement agencies primarily in the Delhi-NCR region to assist in employment placements.
- Be prepared for travel commitments as part of the role requirements.

The position aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and corporate requirements by enabling student readiness for the job market.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration offered for this role ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 18,000.
