Overview
This position sits within support functions and operations, with a strong focus on turning business data into clear leadership inputs. The role brings together information from finance, HR, IT, procurement, real estate, shared services, and core operations to help leaders make informed decisions, set priorities, and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining enterprise-level metrics and converting them into actionable insights across cost, margin, productivity, headcount, capacity, and utilization. The role also involves backing transformation efforts such as automation, GenAI, and operating model redesigns by building quantified business cases and tracking realized benefits. In addition, you will support the priorities of the CFO and CEO office by preparing concise decision notes, executive summaries, scenario analyses, sensitivity reviews, and trade-off assessments.
Candidate Profile
The preferred background includes 10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, consulting, business analytics, or roles supporting the CEO/CFO office. Strong exposure to operations-led or services-driven organizations is important, along with proven experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Compensation
The role offers a salary in the range of INR 40,00,000 to INR 60,00,000 per year.
