We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our team in a west end building. The core responsibility is to collaborate with the building manager and service providers to ensure visitors have a welcoming and positive experience.
Role Responsibilities
The Receptionist will warmly welcome guests, offer customer-focused assistance, and provide a friendly farewell to leave a lasting impression on visitors and building occupants. The role demands thorough knowledge of the building's operations and frequent collaboration with the client to introduce innovative solutions.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The position involves a 45-hour workweek with shifts between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday. The annual salary is £34,730.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should demonstrate keen attention to detail and possess a proactive attitude towards tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills with flexibility and adaptability are essential to meet varying client requirements. The role requires enthusiasm, strong multitasking abilities, and building lasting relationships with tenants. Prior experience in customer service is mandatory. This standalone position entails being the sole Portico representative onsite, while still being part of the broader Portico portfolio team.
