The Contingent Labour Office (CLO) partners closely with business units to facilitate a streamlined, client-focused process for engaging external resources. This approach balances business needs with risk management through expert practitioners, trusted advisory, and collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers.
Location flexibility exists across Canada with primarily virtual work, requiring occasional in-office presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support Hiring Managers throughout the lifecycle of engaging external resources, from onboarding to contract renewals and departures.
- Leverage technology to enhance user experience and streamline internal processes.
- Drive process improvements and maintain up-to-date documentation for stakeholders.
- Manage cases by facilitating intake meetings, guiding managers on vendor system usage, performing due diligence checks, and maintaining communication with all involved parties.
- Ensure compliance through meticulous record keeping and awareness of complex case indicators.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing education and routing as necessary.
- Lead and support process governance including policy documentation, training, and awareness of relevant labor regulations.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in case management roles, ideally involving contingent labor or staffing agencies.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual French is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders including senior leaders and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Experience implementing operational improvements in complex environments.
- Technologically adept with proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with vendor management systems such as Flextrack or Beeline; experience with ServiceNow a plus.
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
