The company fosters innovation, interdisciplinary teamwork, professional growth, and employee ownership, creating a culture where employees contribute to and share in the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain daily operations and configurations of the corporate CLM system, including access and security controls.
  • Design, map, and optimize complex approval routing workflows and automated clause management.
  • Collaborate with IT and platform teams to implement system enhancements and CLM integration with enterprise ERP systems.
  • Support contract lifecycle activities from intake through execution, including contract authoring, approval tracking, amendments, and obligations management.
  • Manage commercial contract tickets and assist in negotiation of NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Ensure data accuracy in contract tagging and indexing, conduct periodic agreement reviews for metadata and audit compliance.
  • Lead integration of AI tools such as document intelligence, metadata extraction, risk detection, and automated redlining to streamline contract processes.
  • Monitor system performance and operational metrics to promote efficiency and scalability.
  • Work collaboratively with Legal, Finance, Procurement, IT, and business units to tailor CLM features to organizational requirements.
  • Develop user documentation, provide troubleshooting support, and deliver training sessions to enhance user adoption among non-technical staff.
  • Pursue ongoing personal professional development and mentor junior colleagues in data science and digital project methodologies.
  • Participate actively in professional bodies to enhance Dillon’s profile.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Operations, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent professional diploma.
  • Minimum four years’ experience managing CLM or CRM systems, legal support, contract databases, or related operations.
  • Proven ability designing complex conditional routing, digital signature workflows, and matrix approval processes.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Familiarity managing enterprise CLM platforms such as LinkSquares, Ironclad, Conga, Agiloft, or Icertis.
  • Skill translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and client service capabilities to build relationships across Legal, Finance, IT, and technical teams.
  • Experience in consulting-related contract negotiation is advantageous.
  • Expertise developing standardized playbooks, rules, and AI-assisted CLM content libraries.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Word; knowledge of Egnite preferred.

The expected salary range is $55000 to $95000 annually, adjusted based on candidate experience, education, and location. Additional benefits include:
