About SHEIN

SHEIN is a worldwide fashion and lifestyle e-commerce brand focused on making style more accessible. The company uses on-demand manufacturing to connect suppliers with an agile supply chain, helping cut inventory waste while offering affordable products to customers in more than 150 countries. Founded in 2012, SHEIN operates with a culture that values energy, openness, creativity, and collaboration.

Role overview

SHEIN Canada is hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager to strengthen efficiency and ongoing improvement within warehouse operations. This position is centered on analyzing data, refining processes, standardizing SOPs, and improving performance across inbound, outbound, inventory control, labor planning, and 3PL operations. The right person will be practical, analytical, and experienced in warehouse environments, with the ability to turn findings into real operational gains in productivity, quality, cost, and SLA results.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide and contribute to improvement programs across warehouse functions such as receiving, shipping, inventory, labor planning, and third-party logistics workflows.
  • Spot bottlenecks, process breakdowns, waste, and inefficiencies by reviewing KPIs, operational data, floor activity, workflow studies, and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Design and carry out action plans that raise productivity, improve quality, reduce cost, increase capacity use, and support SLA targets.
  • Use Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen, or similar methods to support operational excellence.
  • Suggest and implement approaches that reduce mistakes, increase throughput, improve UPH/PPH, and lower cost per unit.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking tools that enable informed decision-making.
  • Help warehouse leadership build and execute both short-range and long-range process improvement plans.
  • Work closely with warehouse managers, supervisors, 3PL partners, and other cross-functional teams to roll out process changes and maintain consistent execution.
  • Prepare, revise, and standardize SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and training documents.
  • Monitor project timelines, evaluate improvement outcomes, and share progress updates with management on a regular basis.
  • Assist with new process rollouts, system upgrades, and special initiatives tied to warehouse and supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain work, logistics, process improvement, industrial engineering, or operational analytics.
  • Background in e-commerce, retail distribution, 3PL, fulfillment centers, or similarly fast-moving warehouse settings is highly desirable.
  • Experience using WMS, TMS, ERP, labor management platforms, or other warehouse systems.
  • Strong analytical ability with the capacity to work through large datasets, identify patterns, and convert insights into practical recommendations.
  • Hands-on exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TQM, process mapping, time studies, root cause analysis, or related improvement tools.
  • Solid knowledge of warehouse metrics including UPH, PPH, SLA, DPMO, inventory accuracy, cost per unit, productivity, quality, and labor utilization.
  • Proven ability to support or manage cross-functional improvement initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Clear communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Mandarin fluency is an asset.
