Job Description

We are seeking experienced Content Moderation Analysts with a strong background in video and content review, policy enforcement, quality analysis, escalation handling, and trust & safety operations. The role involves reviewing complex video content, identifying policy violations, managing hate and harassment workflows, maintaining high-quality scores, and implementing appropriate moderation actions in line with platform and customer guidelines. This position requires significant experience in content moderation, quality compliance, problem-solving, escalation management, and independent decision-making. Excellent English communication, strong analytical skills, and experience in fast-paced moderation environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities
