Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled mid-level Content Creator passionate about social media and cultural trends, eager to translate ideas into engaging content. This role requires ownership of the full production cycle—from conceptualizing to shooting, editing, and delivering creative and impactful content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. Embedded within the Social & Content team, the role collaborates closely with strategists, influencer experts, and account managers to produce content that resonates culturally and creatively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead content creation from initial concept through to final video edit and distribution.
• Develop native content optimized for TikTok, Meta platforms, YouTube, and upcoming channels.
• Regularly analyze content calendars, audience engagement, and trend insights to leverage real-time optimization.
• Produce video content in various settings including studios, on-site locations, and mobile environments.
• Employ advanced video editing techniques ensuring balanced pacing, sound, and lighting quality.
• Inject fresh, culturally attuned ideas that align with current trends and platform-specific behaviors.
• Interpret creative briefs collaboratively and translate them into compelling visual content.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely delivery adhering to scope.
• Maintain technical equipment and innovate with new tools, formats, and workflows to enhance production quality.
• Elevate the overall creative standard and visual ambition of social content company-wide.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a content creator or shooter-editor, preferably within agency or multi-client fast-paced environments.
• Strong comprehensive production skills encompassing filming, directing, and editing of social-first video content.
• Advanced capabilities in video editing including expertise in sound mixing, lighting, and post-production processes.
• In-depth familiarity with social media platforms, their content formats, and associated trends.
• Adept in managing diverse briefs and adjusting styles to suit different brand voices and audience preferences.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud suite, notably Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, alongside mobile content creation tools.
• Proactive and hands-on approach with a keenness to experiment and resolve challenges effectively.
• Fine-tuned creative sensibility focused on detail, storytelling, and video flow.
• Collaborative mindset with confidence to contribute ideas and influence creative directions.
• Beneficial skills include motion graphics, knowledge of paid social and influencer marketing, and experience with AI content creation tools.
