Role Overview

This position is focused on creating detailed 3D layout documentation at LOD 400 for manufacturing lines including Stamping, Body, Paint, Final, Battery, E-trans, and E-motor. The work involves preparing deliverables in the specified file formats and ensuring the layouts reflect the required scope and standards.

What You Will Work On

• Prepare detailed 3D layout models and documentation for the assigned production lines.
• Develop layouts with attention to process equipment such as machines, tooling, robots, automation systems, conveyors, roof trusses, and HVAC ducting.
• Produce and share delivery files in the required formats as per the project needs.

Required Profile

• Basic understanding of the automotive domain and automotive parts is expected.
• Hands-on familiarity with UG NX for modelling and assembly work is required.
• Strong communication abilities are important for coordination and delivery.
• The role requires flexibility to work in shifts.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

This is an onsite opportunity based in Chennai, India. The role is intended for candidates comfortable with shift-based working arrangements.
