Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed construction audits and validate payment correctness
• Examine financial records and supporting documentation using Excel
• Analyze construction contracts and evaluate related project expenditures
• Detect discrepancies, billing mistakes, and opportunities for recovery
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and effectively communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure delivery of high-quality audit outcomes

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, essential for role execution
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Positive mindset with excellent teamwork and cooperative skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Capable of communicating clearly and effectively in verbal and written formats
• Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Construction audit experience is advantageous
• Previous experience in auditing is beneficial
• Financial and data analysis capabilities are a plus
• Having a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is desirable

Work Schedule

• Training phase: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM onsite
• Post-training: Hybrid model with three days in office and two days remote each week
