MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. oversees post-sales services for genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai and Kia vehicles throughout Europe.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least 4 years of practical experience in construction management and architectural fields.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of construction workflows, project and contract management.
- Have leadership experience with preferably 7 or more years in management roles within construction or architecture.
- Intermediate English language skills mandatory; Korean language skills are a plus.
- Ability to handle multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience collaborating with diverse international teams across European countries including Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Hungary, Turkey, and Spain.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
- Hold a valid Class B driving license with active driving experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee design, permitting, construction, and architectural aspects of various projects.
- Plan and manage design, licensing, and construction activities related to automotive plants and parts warehouses.
- Guarantee effective planning and execution of new construction projects with demonstrated expertise over at least four years.
- Lead design and permitting efforts including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Building Permit (BP), and Project Permit (PP).
- Initiate and coordinate input data for design and construction companies; review pricing proposals and documentation.
- Develop contracts, monitor construction progress, and coordinate supplier activities.
- Resolve technical challenges arising during construction phases.
- Negotiate with vendors and organize repair processes to prevent issues.
- Support other departments technically to fulfill project requirements.
- Report on project progress, budget status, timelines, and key metrics to management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring project objectives align across departments.
