Overview

We are seeking a talented Concept Designer to craft and develop concepts for projects involving media scenography, exhibition design, and immersive experiences. Collaborating directly with the Creative Director and multidisciplinary teams, you will turn ideas, content, and audience insights into compelling and coherent conceptual and scenographic solutions from conception to presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and evolve innovative concepts for media scenography, exhibition design, and immersive environments from initial idea through to final presentation.
Interpret client objectives, messaging, and audience analysis to form clear conceptual and scenographic frameworks.
Create and oversee storyboards, mood boards, and visual presentations to effectively convey ideas.
Maintain conceptual consistency across all visual elements, narratives, and communication mediums.
Work collaboratively with Creative Direction, Content, and Technical teams to ensure alignment across concept, storytelling, and project feasibility.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on matters related to concepts and content, supporting decisions within project scope, deadlines, and budgets.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to innovate creative approaches continually.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in concept development within media scenography, exhibition design, immersive media, or similar creative fields.
Impressive portfolio showcasing strong conceptual skills, storytelling ability, and visual interpretation of ideas.
Proven aptitude for constructing clear narratives and translating complex information into engaging immersive experiences.
Experienced in crafting and delivering storyboards, mood boards, and detailed concept presentations.
Good knowledge of cross-disciplinary workflows involving creative, content, and technical teams.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging clients and stakeholders.
Collaborative approach with experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
Keen interest in new technologies and their integration in spatial and immersive experience design.
Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
