Compliance Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst for a 6-month contractual position with a potential for extension. The role involves evaluating and supporting technology risk management and compliance activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform control assurance tasks using the established control framework to detect technology-related risks, examine current control implementations, and facilitate compliance efforts.
• Assist in reviewing requests for compliance evidence and gathering documentation to verify that control activities comply with set standards.
• Work collaboratively with various organizational teams to identify and address security risk reduction requirements.
• Maintain and update compliance-related documents, including audit evidence and control records.

Candidate Profile

• Bring 3 to 5 years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), internal or external auditing, or a comparable discipline.
• Possess practical understanding of identity and access management security areas along with knowledge of information security best practices and industry standards.
• Have familiarity with at least one recognized compliance framework such as SOC2, ISO 27001, ITGC Controls, or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Demonstrate excellent project management capabilities.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
