Role Expectations

We are seeking an articulate, optimistic, and understanding individual who can navigate complex behavioral challenges patiently and thoughtfully, even during difficult situations.

Candidate Requirements

• Maintains a healthy and active lifestyle.
• Works effectively as part of a care team.
• Available to work outside regular school hours, including early mornings and weekends.
• Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, honesty, and a caring attitude.
• Holds a clean, valid full driver’s license.
• Possesses at least Level 2 Health and Wellbeing qualification or an equivalent certification.
• Has a proven track record as a caregiver or support worker with similar client groups.
• Has the legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Committed to consistent and long-term scheduling to ensure continuity of care for clients.
