The company is expanding its presence in online trading and investing and is looking to grow its team in Dubai.
Role overview
The Community Manager – Crypto will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing the brand’s digital communities across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter (X). The role focuses on driving engagement, maintaining a positive reputation, and ensuring the company’s communication remains aligned with brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and actively moderate crypto-focused communities on Telegram, Discord, and social channels.
- Reply to questions and messages from community members promptly and in a professional tone.
- Keep track of conversations, community feedback, and overall sentiment around the brand and its crypto offerings.
- Surface community trends, insights, and any possible reputation-related concerns to the relevant teams.
- Work closely with marketing colleagues to support campaigns, launches, and community-led initiatives.
- Plan and run engagement activities such as AMA sessions, contests, and live discussions.
- Measure community engagement performance and share observations and results.
- Maintain messaging consistency with the company’s brand guidelines.
Education and experience
- A bachelor’s qualification in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in community management or social media roles is required.
- Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services is expected.
- Hands-on experience with Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and crypto community ecosystems is important.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain market trends is needed.
