Position Summary

This role focuses on preparing ingredients for cooking by chopping, portioning, weighing, and storing food items. It involves washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables, mixing ingredients accurately, and cooking food in accordance with recipes and quality standards. Tasks include preparing cold dishes and using kitchen appliances such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Constant monitoring of food quality and temperature checks are essential, along with setting up and cleaning workstations.

The incumbent must maintain cleanliness by washing and disinfecting kitchen tools and equipment. Safe handling of food and adherence to company policies for health and safety are mandatory. The role requires clear communication, teamwork, and professional conduct, including appropriate uniform and appearance.

Qualifications and Experience
