Job Overview
As a Commis Chef at Hilton in Qatar, you will be integral to providing outstanding hospitality by preparing delicious food and contributing to memorable guest experiences. This role entails preparing dishes adhering to recipes and quality standards, managing guest orders, and maintaining high standards of food presentation and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality menu items following designated recipes and quality criteria.

- Execute complex recipes, maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, and oversee execution, quality control, station management, and inventory assessments.
- Inspect all food preparations and dishes before serving to guarantee presentation and quality standards are met.
- Keep food service areas clean, organized, and stocked, adhering strictly to food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
- Manage inventory by preparing requisitions for needed food supplies and materials.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-related regulations to safeguard guest and staff wellbeing.
