Collection Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a Collection Specialist with expertise in US debt collections to join our team in Pune. Candidates should have proven experience in debt recovery with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. This full-time position requires working from the office and will involve rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bankruptcy cases, collections, and customer accounts effectively.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries to facilitate account settlements.
• Update account information in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of collection cases.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in debt collection.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
• Commitment to working onsite at the Pune office with adherence to rotational shifts.

Additional Information
