Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position located in Dubai requires the Co-Owner to play a pivotal role in defining the agency's strategic vision. Responsibilities encompass managing key client relationships and spearheading business development efforts to broaden market reach. The role demands leadership over marketing and communication plans, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and overseeing the development of products and services tailored to client demands.
Regular duties include managing social media campaigns to maintain brand consistency, analyzing campaign performance for optimization, participating in financial planning, resource distribution, and engaging in strategic decision-making to foster sustainable expansion.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication capabilities including stakeholder engagement, presentations, and teamwork.
- Demonstrated success in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management to boost revenue.
- Experience in product innovation and service development within digital marketing or related sectors.
- Expertise in crafting and executing marketing strategies, alongside campaign monitoring and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in social media management and content governance across primary channels.
- Leadership background, ideally in an agency or startup context, capable of directing diverse creative teams.
- Solid business insight with knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, growth-driven environments and make informed decisions based on data.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial for engaging regional markets.
