About the Role
We are seeking freshers to join as CNC, VMC, or HMC machine operators at our facilities in Coimbatore and Hosur. This role involves operating specialized machining equipment to meet production demands while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC, VMC, or HMC machinery according to production schedules.
- Safely load and unload machine components.
- Assist in basic machine setups under guidance.
- Inspect components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Keep the work environment clean and adhere strictly to safety protocols.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality output.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Academic qualification: Diploma, B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc. in Physics.
- Experience range: Freshers up to four years of relevant experience.
- Consistent academic score of at least 60% without any pending arrears.
- Male candidates only.
- Willingness to work in a rotating three-shift system.
- Basic understanding of CNC, VMC, or HMC machinery is essential.
- Aptitude for learning and adapting in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with discipline and dedication.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings considered advantageous.
