Our expanding German subsidiary is seeking a skilled Project Manager to become part of our Clinical Operations team. Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of clinical studies, from the initiation phase to study close-out, ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves acting as the primary liaison for sponsors and internal teams, coordinating multiple stakeholders across different departments and time zones. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, autonomous, and capable of managing several projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with international partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all communications related to studies, ensuring all stakeholders are consistently aligned.
- Lead clinical study planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Track project performance metrics, manage timelines, and identify risks to guarantee successful outcomes.
- Develop and uphold study-related documentation and specifications.
- Ensure full compliance with Banook's Quality Management System and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Participate in initiatives focused on continuous process improvement and assist with customer and regulatory audits.

Qualifications and Experience
- A university degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Public Health, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience as a Clinical Project Manager or Clinical Research Associate.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local and international clinical research regulations.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with project management and data analysis software tools.
