Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Service Executive to oversee and facilitate effective daily communication with clients, addressing their inquiries promptly and ensuring their needs are met. The role involves close coordination with internal departments to guarantee smooth delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily client communications and resolve queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless service operations.
- Prepare detailed client reports, presentations, and conduct business reviews.
- Analyze client-related data to generate actionable insights.
- Organize and lead review meetings with clients.
- Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
- Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple systems and handling various client interactions simultaneously.
- Experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, HealthTech, or Corporate Wellness sectors is advantageous.
