About the Role
Linked CFO partners with nonprofits and expanding companies in Canada and the United States to strengthen financial discipline and support better business outcomes. The organization is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to take ownership of client relationships and ensure a smooth, high-quality service experience.
What You’ll Do
In this position, you will coordinate bookkeeping work, reporting tasks, and compliance-related deliverables while keeping clients informed and well supported. The role is centered on service ownership rather than pure preparation work, and it is best suited to someone who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and solving problems.
What You Bring
The ideal candidate has experience in client-facing work within accounting, consulting, or a similar professional services environment. You should be comfortable with bookkeeping and financial reporting concepts, and you should have a business degree or diploma. An interest in AI tools and how they can improve client service is also expected. Experience working with nonprofit organizations is considered an advantage.
Compensation and Work Setup
The salary range for this role is CAD 55,000 to CAD 65,000 per year. The position requires five days per week in the office in Hamilton, Ontario.
