V3 automatives pvt ltd. is hiring a customer-oriented Client Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, strengthen long-term relationships, and support sales growth through phone-based outreach. The role calls for someone who can understand customer needs, communicate persuasively, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective and current clients by phone.
- Identify new business opportunities and turn enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Explain products or services clearly and confidently to potential customers.
- Develop and nurture lasting client relationships.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with prospects to improve conversion rates.
