Client Relations & Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Moburst, a top global digital marketing agency, has partnered with Kitcaster to form Kitcaster by Moburst, a leader in innovative marketing and podcast relations. We work with premier brands, crafting impactful strategies and inventive campaigns that amplify client reach and influence. We are expanding our team and seeking a Podcast Relations Manager to manage all facets of the podcast booking process, including client onboarding, pitching, booking, and coordinating podcast interviews.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate podcasts that match client objectives.
• Book and arrange podcast interviews effectively.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, podcast hosts, and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting campaign goals.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure a smooth booking process.
• Serve as the liaison between podcast guests and hosts.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in client service or sales, preferably in agencies.
• Basic knowledge of Public Relations is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Outstanding organizational skills, capable of balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• A sincere passion for podcasts from both strategic and personal viewpoints.
