Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist customers visiting the store with professionalism and friendliness.
• Provide detailed product information, outline features and benefits, and recommend jewelry pieces tailored to customer preferences.
• Establish strong connections with clients through attentive and personalized service approaches.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of all jewelry designs, collections, and the latest fashion trends.
• Support customers with jewelry fittings and adjustments ensuring comfort and correct sizing.
• Keep the store environment pristine and well-organized, including display cases and merchandise.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and enhance sales tactics.
• Stay informed about industry developments, new product launches, and competitor offerings.
• Educate customers on proper jewelry care, maintenance, and cleaning procedures.
• Conduct follow-ups to guarantee customer contentment and to nurture lasting relationships.
• Utilize CRM tools and customer databases effectively for accurate record-keeping and preference tracking.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 25,000.
