Overview

We are recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Services Manager to oversee and enhance cleaning operations across our expanding portfolio of remote villages in Western Australia. This integral leadership position within our Village Operations team ensures high-quality service, strengthens client connections, and fosters a culture prioritizing safety across several locations.

Working full-time Monday to Friday, the role involves frequent travel to various remote villages, collaborating closely with site leaders and frontline staff. Your focus will be to maintain consistent, safe, and exceptional cleaning services encompassing housekeeping, general facilities, and mine site environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor multi-site teams, upgrading processes to eliminate inefficiencies and establish smarter, safer operational methods.
  • Supervise housekeeping, village facility management, and mine site cleaning to uphold uniform service delivery standards.
  • Manage client contracts, ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service commitments.
  • Conduct performance reporting, audits, and support investigations to guarantee operational excellence and compliance.
  • Organize cleaning schedules, workforce planning, and allocate resources effectively across multiple sites.
  • Oversee management and cost-efficiency of equipment and consumables.
  • Serve as a critical communication link between leadership and site teams, addressing obstacles that hinder high performance.
  • Champion continuous improvement projects to advance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven leadership experience managing cleaning operations across multiple sites or clients.
  • Solid expertise in commercial or industrial cleaning, housekeeping, facilities, or hospitality settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage contractual terms and meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record in coaching, mentoring, and team development.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Competence in navigating complex operational environments and driving results among dispersed teams.
