Role Summary

This is an on-site cleaner position in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The job focuses on carrying out routine residential cleaning work to the required standard, while following each customer’s instructions and the company’s quality expectations. Work will involve travel to client locations, careful handling of equipment and cleaning products, respect for clients’ privacy and property, and steady communication with both customers and the AnyWorky team.

Key Duties

• Complete cleaning tasks in homes and similar spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.
• Tidy and organize living areas in line with customer preferences.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly and in a safe manner.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene practices at all times.
• Move between client homes across the Greater Toronto Area and provide dependable service.
• Keep appointments coordinated by confirming schedules, sharing updates, and reporting any concerns promptly.
• Maintain a professional, respectful approach while working in customers’ spaces.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with residential cleaning work such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and shared spaces.
• Ability to use cleaning products and equipment safely while following health, safety, and environmental guidance.
• Strong organization and time-management skills to finish tasks efficiently and arrive on time for bookings.
• Clear communication and customer service ability for dealing with clients and the AnyWorky support team.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently on-site throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
• Physical stamina for repetitive cleaning work, moderate lifting, and moving around different properties.
• Previous exposure to residential or commercial cleaning is an advantage, along with familiarity with Canadian workplace safety practices.
• Reliable transportation, legal eligibility to work in Canada, and basic English communication skills are required.
