Role Overview

The Cleaner role involves performing routine, physically demanding cleaning tasks that require familiarity with various cleaning supplies and equipment. The position may involve working different shifts on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Key Duties

• Cleaning, restocking, and maintaining assigned facility areas, including tasks like dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vent cleaning, restroom sanitation, and operating machines such as auto scrubbers, shampooers, and burnishers.
• Handling labor-intensive activities involving moderate to heavy physical effort, lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Completing heavy-duty cleaning projects and specialized assignments.
• Reporting any deficiencies or repair needs to management promptly.
• Ensuring safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals.
• Adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines.
• Performing and documenting routine inspections and maintenance actions.

Minimum Qualifications

No prior education or work experience is required. Candidates must be physically capable of fulfilling the task demands and able to understand and follow written and verbal directions.
