Role Overview

This position involves maintaining cleanliness to high standards as guided by supervisors. Key duties include proficient use and maintenance of cleaning equipment, fostering positive relationships with clients on-site, swiftly addressing any concerns or complaints, and performing additional reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Core Duties

• Maintain exemplary cleanliness as directed.
• Proper use and upkeep of cleaning tools and machinery.
• Build and maintain respectful rapport with contract site clients.
• Respond promptly to queries or complaints.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, with capability for manual cleaning tasks.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team.
