Role overview
This full-time, on-site position at Walmart Supercenter #510 in Gainesville, Georgia focuses on leading clean team activities and ensuring the store presents a strong first and last impression for customers. The role supports a safe, clean shopping environment across the parking lot, sales floor, restrooms, and receiving area.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this job is $19 to $32. The final hourly rate will meet or exceed the legal minimum wage for the work location. In addition to base pay, the role may qualify for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Extra premium pay may also be available, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. More than one premium can apply when the conditions are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee janitorial and cleanliness-related work to keep the store in good condition.
- Help maintain a safe environment for customers and associates throughout the property.
- Ensure key areas such as the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Support the store’s overall appearance so customers have a positive impression when entering and leaving.
